Eldon
A lot of interesting residential work flies under the radar, and often don't get noticed until they come up for sale.
A good opportunity to go and have a gander.
If I happen to be in Auckland for open homes I will be checking it out again.
I have only been in this house a couple of times during construction, and once when Mandy's parents had just moved in.
As far as I can remember the acoustics are bang on.

What a beautiful wee house.
Be interesting to know how noisy it is in reality with all those hard surfaces.
But care of detailing is lovely.
Thanks for sharing that Bruce.

Those that got to check out Amanda Hyde De Kretzer's home in St Heliers last year are in for a treat.
Her folks are moving to a retirement home and are selling their suburban gem, designed by Amanda a few years back.
Located adjacent to their old family home on Lady's Mile, Remuera, this is another fantastic response to create higher density, without compromise.
Open homes start this weekend, so get on down there and take a look.
