OK hi everyone.

So my question is this. I'm interested in doing a warehouse/air hanger conversion into a home. But my first problem is where do I find a property for fairly cheap? Online? Just searching the streets? Any info would be great.

'Cheap' and 'property' are concepts that seldom belong in the same sentence, unless you look outside the main centers.  
Do you have anywhere in mind?

You will no longer get a 'cheap' hangar at any regional airport just completed a conversion at Tauranga Airport value now $800-1mill K There is the odd aircraft Hangar that comes up for sale maybe try Taupo
